Spring Session will begin Monday, January 6. Beginners: 3 - 3:45 pm Regular Class: 4 - 5 pm If you are new in either class, please plan to arrive early to sign in. I start on time.
As always...please wear supportive shoes with backs and soles that slide to protect your knees. We do a lot of turning & pivoting, so wearing shoes that will slide is necessary. NO FLIP FLOPS PLEASE!!! You may wear Athletic shoes but, if you do, you may want to take a look at the following products found on Amazon.com. They are very inexpensive and help to protect your knees.
