Gentle Yoga
Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, 8am to 9am

Morning Lap Swim
Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, 8am to 10am at CP
Twice daily, year around in the Community Pool (CP), time is set aside for those who would like to do lap swimming. The morning hours are from 8–10 am.
 
Summer hours for evening lap swim are from 6-7 pm until Nov 1.
Winter hours for evening lap swim are from 5-6 pm through Feb.

Tennis Round Robin

The Bird Bay Tennis Group boasts a membership of 135 strong! Come join us if you play the game regularly, haven’t played in a while, or would like to learn, as we have players at all skill levels.
 
We hold Open Tennis daily from 7–10 AM…just show up. Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30 AM, we host Round Robin tennis for all skill levels. League play is also available, with matches taking place January through March beginning at 10 AM.

Water Aerobics
Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, 10:15am at CP
Audio-guided workouts held Monday–Saturday at 10:15 am in the Community Pool. The session is less than one hour and is a great way to get in shape and meet new friends. This activity meets year ‘round and everyone is welcome!
 
Weather Guidelines: Temperatures should be at least 65 degrees within the 10:00am hour that the group meets. The group does not meet if it is raining or storms are predicted. Please join us for fun and exercise for the mind as well as the body!!!! Everyone is welcome...No experience necessary!!! Men are also welcome!!!!
 
Fall Session - November 4 - December 16 (All Levels) Monday & Wednesday 4PM- 5PM
Spring Session will begin Monday, January 6. Beginners: 3 - 3:45 pm Regular Class: 4 - 5 pm If you are new in either class, please plan to arrive early to sign in. I start on time.
As always...please wear supportive shoes with backs and soles that slide to protect your knees. We do a lot of turning & pivoting, so wearing shoes that will slide is necessary. NO FLIP FLOPS PLEASE!!! You may wear Athletic shoes but, if you do, you may want to take a look at the following products found on Amazon.com. They are very inexpensive and help to protect your knees. You can also cut a band from an old pair of socks to pull on over your shoes. -Goes over the entire shoe: PS Athletic Shoe Covers for Dancing, Socks Over Shoes, Overshoes for Sneakers, Smooth Pivots &Turns -Fits over the just the toe of the shoe: THE DANCESOCKS - Over Sneaker Socks for Dancing on Smooth Floors.
