Gentle Yoga
Monday, January 11th, 2021, 8am to 9am

Morning Lap Swim
Monday, January 11th, 2021, 8am to 10am at CP
Twice daily, year around in the Community Pool (CP), time is set aside for those who would like to do lap swimming. The morning hours are from 8–10 am.
 
Summer hours for evening lap swim are from 6-7 pm until Nov 1.
Winter hours for evening lap swim are from 5-6 pm through Feb.

Video Weight Training -Seniors

Water Aerobics
Monday, January 11th, 2021, 10:15am at CP
Audio-guided workouts held Monday–Saturday at 10:15 am in the Community Pool. The session is less than one hour and is a great way to get in shape and meet new friends. This activity meets year ‘round and everyone is welcome!
 
Weather Guidelines: Temperatures should be at least 65 degrees within the 10:00am hour that the group meets. The group does not meet if it is raining or storms are predicted. Social Bridge

Tai Chi
Monday, January 11th, 2021, 4pm at MPR
Have you ever wanted to learn about Tai Chi? Well, now is your chance! Tai Chi is considered an internal martial art but, in recent years, this ancient practice has been found helpful for an increasing number of physical problems, as well as mental functioning. Often referred to as ‘mindfulness in motion,’ regular Tai Chi practice enhances balance, core strength, agility, and flexibility. Tai Chi has been extensively researched to show that it is effective in reducing falls. Mr. Hundley has over 15 years’ experience practicing and teaching Tai Chi. He holds certifications from several prominent teachers, including Dr. Paul Lam and Kenneth Cohen. Classes are held Monday at 4:00PM in the Clubhouse, through April.
