About the Bird Bay Community

Bird Bay Village is a friendly resident-owned community with a property management staff on the premises to serve you.  Bird Bay Village consists of six condominium groups: Leisure, Master, Bird Bay North, Waterside, Fairways, and Bird Bay Estates.  Leisure consists of four entities: Cardinal, Laurel, Sandpiper, and Seagrape with 201 units.  Master Condominium consists of Phases I, II, IV, and V with a total of 678 units.  The remaining are individual condo complexes with varying numbers of units.  Altogether, Bird Bay Village has 1024 units.  The owners of all units are contributing members to the Community Association that governs the main recreational facilities and all may share in their use.

Policies and Budgets are administered by a Board of Directors; while day-to-day operations are handled by the On-site Manager.
